Bespoke facial

A bespoke facial is a facial that’s completely tailored to you. Rather than a one-size-fits-all treatment, your therapist will assess your skin on the day and adapt everything, from products to techniques, based on your skin type, concerns and goals.

It’s ideal if your skin changes often or you’re not quite sure what it needs.

This will totally depend on what your skin needs, but your pro will start with a double cleanse followed by six skincare steps focusing on what you want to achieve. This might mean focusing on hydration, calming sensitivity, boosting glow or tackling congestion — or a mixture.

They'll adjust the products and steps throughout the facial to make sure your skin gets exactly what it needs, without overdoing it.

For most people, having a facial every 4–6 weeks helps maintain healthy, balanced skin. This lines up with your skin’s natural renewal cycle.

If you’re dealing with a specific concern — like breakouts, dryness or dullness — you may benefit from having facials a little more often for a short period. Your therapist can help you find the right rhythm for your skin.

Our bespoke facial is 70 minutes long, including 10 minutes for set up. So you can expect the facial itself to last 60 minutes.

Yes! But let your therapist know in advance so they can switch to pregnancy-safe products. We also offer a specific pregnancy glow facial.

Your beauty pro will bring everything you need, all you need to do is prep:

• About 2x3m of floor space for the table (about the size of a yoga mat with enough space to walk around the edge)

• Two large towels, plus one small towel for the headrest

• Access to water

• Clean skin with no makeup on
