Our physical and digital gift cards can be used to buy at-home Urban treatments on the Urban website or the Urban app. You can choose to send your gift card digitally (via email), or as a real-life card in an envelope (via post). Either way, the card will contain a unique 16-digit code that can be redeemed against any of our at-home services.

Urban makes it easy to book massage, beauty and more at home between 7am-11pm, daily.

Just choose your treatment, select a pro and relax. Your pre-vetted mobile therapist will come to your home with a massage table, you just provide the towels.

If you’ve received a gift card (nice!) you’ll need to create an Urban account, either here or on the Urban app (available on iPhone and Android). Once you're set up, simply head to your wallet and enter your unique 16-digit code to redeem the balance of your gift card as credit. We'll automatically apply that credit to the next treatment you book. Any extra credit left over will stay valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Gift cards are sent by Royal Mail and take around 3-5 days to arrive, longer during busy periods.

Buy a gift card worth £99 or more between 28th November and 1st December, and we’ll send you a 20% discount code for a future treatment.

You’ll get a confirmation email after you make your booking, then we’ll send your 20% off code within 24 hours.

You can use the code on 90-minute (or longer) massages until 31st January 2026, but it can’t be used with any of our other offers, and is limited to one per person.

It also won’t apply to bookings paid with credit from the gift card you bought.

Buy a gift card worth £99 or more between 27 and 30 November 2025 and you’ll get a 20% discount for yourself. Each user can make one qualifying purchase.

If you’re eligible, we’ll email you your 20% code within 24 hours. You can use it on massage treatments of 90 minutes or longer until 31 January 2026. It can’t be used with other offers or on bookings paid for with credit from the gift card you bought.

Any fraudulent use may lead to your account being suspended and cancellation of the gift card or any orders made with it or the follow-up discount.

Urban may change or cancel this promotion at any time. By buying a gift card in this period, you agree to receive emails about your 20% discount.

A promotional code is a one-time discount. A voucher or gift card code is a unique, 16-digit-long number found on a gift card. It represents a monetary value and can be redeemed against as many bookings as it covers until the value runs out. To arrive in time for Christmas, we recommend placing your gift card order by 18th December. But you can always send a digital gift card if you’re short on time.

Yes – you’ll have 14 days to cancel your gift card payment, provided the credit hasn’t been applied to an Urban account or redeemed against treatments. If you’d like to cancel your gift card, let us know by emailing info@urban.co, quoting the 16-digit code.

No – we can only return payment to the card that purchased the gift card. 

Important: we can also only process refunds if the gift card’s credit hasn’t been redeemed to an Urban account, so hold off on entering your code if you won’t be using your gift card to book a treatment.

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

You can use your gift card on any at-home treatment available in your local area.

Those in London can enjoy at-home massages, nails, facials, waxing, lashes and brows, plus physiotherapy, osteopathy and pregnancy treatments.

Manchester and Birmingham residents can choose from a range of specialist massages. In Paris, we also offer at-home osteopathy.

Simply load enough money to your Urban gift card to pay for two massages (starting from £140 for two).

While we don't offer couples massage vouchers on Urban, you can both book massages using the app for the same time and two therapists will arrive. Just make sure you have extra room for the tables (you'll need around 4x4m of free floorspace).
