Why book an express massage?
A quick but energising treatment – perfect for a lunch break
A great way to try out home massage for the first time
Tackle knots in one to two areas
What to expect
Your treatment includes set up and pack-up time. Let your therapist know up to two areas you’d like them to focus on – popular choices include neck/shoulders, back/shoulders and legs/glutes.
They’ll use medium pressure and slow motions to gently work out tension and help you relax.
More info on express massage
Yes, but it’s important to remember that express massages aren’t full-body treatments. They’re intended to target just one or two areas of your choice. You’ll find your therapist has enough time to make a real difference in those areas, and you’ll be able to get a spot of relaxing in, too.
If your aim is to release muscle tension, longer massages tend to be more effective. That’s why we recommend only asking your therapist to treat two areas as part of a 45-minute treatment, and extending the treatment for really tense muscles and deep knots.
We don't recommend our express massage if you're pregnant as your therapist may not be insured to treat you. Try our specialist pregnancy massage instead, suitable from your second trimester.
To keep you and your therapist safe, don't book if you’re unwell or if you have a contagious skin disease. Therapists can cancel your treatment if they think it will harm you or them in any way.
If you have a health condition and you’re not sure about booking a massage, consult your GP for advice beforehand.
