The beauty of Urban is that they come to your house and make you feel so relaxed. My back carries all my stresses so was great to have those taken away before David and I could get into our evening.

ad I don’t have to say it really, we all need some me time don’t we. To say I was long overdue one would be an understatement! After a crappy few weeks not only did this help to relax me but also massively cheered me up to have some ‘me’ time from the comfort of my own home. I opted for the ‘urban’ massage which was nice, soft & calming which I have to say I really really enjoyed! I really need to make more time for things like this.
