Urban Rewards closure - FAQs
We closed Urban Rewards to build a new membership programme – one that continues to reward you for investing in your wellbeing.
If you didn’t use them by 1st December 2025, we converted them into discount codes with a six-month expiry.
And if you were within 50 points of your next reward, we sent you an extra £5 discount code as a thank you for your loyalty. Check your email for more details.
Any points you had left by 1st December 2025 were converted into rewards you were eligible for, so no points were lost.
We’re working on a new membership programme. It’s not ready just yet, but we’ll be sharing details soon.
