If you’ve received a gift card (nice!) you’ll need to create an Urban account, either here or on the Urban app (available on iPhone and Android). Once you're set up, simply head to your wallet and enter your unique 16-digit code to redeem the balance of your gift card as credit. We'll automatically apply that credit to the next treatment you book. Any extra credit left over will stay valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

A promotional code is a one-time discount. A voucher or gift card code is a unique, 16-digit-long number found on a gift card. It represents a monetary value and can be redeemed against as many bookings as it covers until the value runs out. Yes – you’ll have 14 days to cancel your gift card payment, provided the credit hasn’t been applied to an Urban account or redeemed against treatments. If you’d like to cancel your gift card, let us know by emailing info@urban.co, quoting the 16-digit code.

No – we can only return payment to the card that purchased the gift card. 

Important: we can also only process refunds if the gift card’s credit hasn’t been redeemed to an Urban account, so hold off on entering your code if you won’t be using your gift card to book a treatment.

You can use your gift card on any at-home treatment available in your local area.

Those in London can enjoy at-home massages, nails, facials, waxing, lashes and brows, plus physiotherapy, osteopathy and pregnancy treatments.

Manchester and Birmingham residents can choose from a range of specialist massages. In Paris, we also offer at-home osteopathy.

Simply load enough money to your Urban gift card to pay for two massages (starting from £140 for two).

While we don't offer couples massage vouchers on Urban, you can both book massages using the app for the same time and two therapists will arrive. Just make sure you have extra room for the tables (you'll need around 4x4m of free floorspace).

Absolutely! If you're ordering 10 or more gift cards, simply fill out this form and we'll see what we can do.

Our physical gift cards have a space for you to handwrite a message. If you'd rather skip that step, you can always go for our digital vouchers instead.

For orders of 10 or more physical and digital gift cards, make sure your order is in before December 15th.

Orders of 10 or more gift cards can only be sent to one address. However, digital gift cards can be sent directly to the recipient. In this case, you'll need their approval to share their email address with us. Otherwise, we'll package the digital vouchers into a PDF and send it to one email address.
